Food Craft Institute, Tura, was established in 2010 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India & Government of Meghalaya.
Food Craft Institute provides benefit to the young graduates by imparting knowledge, training and groom them for the employment in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants, dhabas, tourism sectors, events management and catering managements.
